Yoga and Buddha Dharma


Yoga contains the opportunity for us to return home to our bodies.   It the transformational process of remembering who we are - fully alive in this soft animal body.   Whether it is to heal an injury, gain strength and flexibility, or cultivate equanimity, the practices of yoga and meditation are effective tools.   It is as simple as slowing down, breathing and paying attention.  These practices are accessible to everyone.

 I offer both public and private classes.  Public classes offer the opportunity of support from others who are practicing and are an affordable way to practice regularly.  Private classes can be tailored to fit your specific needs, injuries and reasons for practicing yoga.  I am also able teach yoga at your business or corporate event.  Please feel free to contact me at with any questions or to schedule a private lesson.



300 hour Professional Yoga Teacher Training



You’ve finished your 200 hr. Training or you’ve been teaching for a short time. Either way, you’re eager to learn more. You’re ready to turn passion into a philosophy. In this 300 hr. Teacher Training you’ll distill years of personal practice into a clear vision. Our mentors will help you articulate your beliefs and style in a teaching methodology authentically you. Through intensive study, hands-on practice and deep inquiry you’ll unpack your perceptions, ego and experiences leading to a new sense of purpose in your practice.

Learn to craft classes for a professional career. Debate yoga ethics and culture. Pick apart alignment and subtle anatomy. Over a year long journey you’ll find opportunities to customize your training with electives focused on topics unique to your interests. Create an experience that leads you to a path only you can make come alive. Make a choice to establish yourself as resource, a pillar of strength, a reservoir of awareness and love for those who seek to join you on this journey.

Yoga and Meditation: Daylong at Green Gulch

$125 per day including lunch


Sign up for one day or all three - Yoga and meditation at the fabulous Green Gulch Farm.  Lunch is made from food grown at the farm.  The morning practice will be vigorous. There will be time in the afternoon to walk to the beach followed by breathing exercises, gentle yoga asana, walking and seated meditation.  To register send a check for $125 or pay $130 by paypal below.  Email me for info or my snail mail address.
