Join me for a short weekday morning practice, plus a 1 hour Sunday Morning class from 9:30am - 10:30am.

Each class will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing for 24 hours. Each session will include yoga asana and a few minutes of guided meditation. Options for different body abilities will be given. All levels are encouraged.
