Each Saturday morning session will include 45 minutes to an hour of yoga asana, a guided meditation, and a talk. We will work with the book You Are Here: Discovering the Magic of the Present Moment by Thich Nhat Hanh. Saturday morning sessions will be recorded and available on demand.

The “Back to Basics” program includes access to all of Ashley’s on-going zoom yoga and meditation classes.

Tuesday & Thursday 6 - 7pm PT Yoga Asana
Sunday 9:30 - 10:30am PT Yoga Asana

Tuesday & Thursday 7- 7:30am PT Mindfulness Meditation

The Back to Basics programs are a joy to teach. It seems to me that doing yoga and meditation together is a great way to ground and center ourselves this year during election season. I always learn so much and find that my life is enhanced through these practices and teachings. I hope that you can join us!
