It is so much easier to meditate together!
This on-line series is a great introduction for beginners, for those that need support getting started, or those that enjoy the opportunity to practice together with new and old friends.
Each morning we will practice mindfulness together for 20 - 25 minutes. There will be time for questions and reflections.
All sessions will be recorded and available for download.
Mindfulness is an open, receptive awareness of the present moment. Research has shown that it can reduce rumination, stress, and emotional reactivity. It has also been shown to increase focus and working memory. Aside from all of that it is an ancient practice to help us become more intimate with self and world.
