Each Monday evening session will include:

45 minutes of yoga asana

guided breathing & meditation

a talk

Optional practice discussion for 15 minutes before each session (starting at 6:45pm PT). Ask questions and connect with each other.

We will work with the book You Belong: A Call for Connection by Sebene Selassie.

Monday Evening sessions will be recorded and available on demand.



The “Back to Basics” program includes access to all of Ashley’s on-going zoom yoga and meditation classes.

Tuesday & Thursday 6 - 7pm PT Yoga Asana
Sunday 9:30 - 10:30am PT Yoga Asana

Tuesday & Thursday 7- 7:30am PT Mindfulness Meditation

 

You Belong

The Back to Basics programs are a joy to teach. It seems to me that doing yoga and meditation together is a great way to explore belonging and interconnectedness in ways that will actually impact your daily life.

I always learn so much and find that my life is enhanced through these practices and teachings.
