“I’m loving the yoga challenge. There were so many reasons not to sign up for it: “I hate virtual”, “7am, that’s so early, “other excuse”, and “another excuse.” And yet, it’s not too early, it helps me get going with the day because you’re a familiar face and voice, the virtual is quite sweet, and I don’t need to change out of my jammies or leave the house to get moving. The biggest challenge it turns out, is navigating around my cats who like to sit in the middle of the mat. ”

“This is my second challenge with you, and I’m really loving it. It’s become my nightly routine after I get my kids to bed and helps prevent doom scrolling, etc. I’ve been noticing that even the short practice helps my body relax from the busy work day + 2 small kids and get ready for sleep.
