Regulate your nervous system, manage your stress response, promote relaxation, and cultivate a sense of well-being with Unwind, a 3 week online program.


 

How it works: 

 

  • We will meet on-line via Zoom 5 evenings per week (Sunday - Thursday) for 3 weeks from 8:30 - 8:50pm PT.

 

  • Each session will guide you through effective yoga & mindfulness tools and exercises to regulate your nervous system and manage your stress response, promoting relaxation, and cultivating a sense of well-being.

 

  • recording will be sent to you as soon as it is available. These replays will expire on May 24, a month from the end of the program.

 

 

 

 In this program, you will focus on practices to ground and center yourself. Embodied awareness practices including self touch, directed awareness, breathing, vocalizing, tapping, self-compassion, and some reclining practices will be mixed in with easy to understand lessons about the nervous system.

Explore a blend of techniques drawn from yoga, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and polyvagal theory. Each session will guide you through effective tools and exercises to regulate your nervous system.



Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, you will learn how to soothe your nervous system and anchor yourself in the present moment.



Come as you are—no experience is necessary. All you need is a willingness to explore and a desire to foster a healthier relationship with stress.
