In this series of short evening practices (5 nights per week for 3 weeks), you will explore a blend of techniques drawn from yoga, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and polyvagal theory. Each session will guide you through effective tools and exercises to manage your stress response, promote relaxation, and cultivate a sense of well-being.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, you will learn how to soothe your nervous system and anchor yourself in the present moment.
Come as you are—no experience is necessary. All you need is a willingness to explore and a desire to foster a healthier relationship with stress.
