Yoga, Meditation, & Nature retreat

Friday April 25 - Sunday April 27, 2025


Join us at Refuge at Pudding Creek, a retreat center in a redwood forest, for a spring retreat.

Refresh and renew yourself by slowing down, practicing yoga & meditation in a gorgeous natural setting.

Plan to immerse yourself in the outdoors, to laugh, and to eat wholesome delicious vegetarian food.

We will spend time learning gardening skills. The work does include walking uphill on uneven terrain. Please bring sturdy work shoes, work gloves, and rain gear.

Food will be organic vegetarian and we can accommodate gluten free and food allergies. Meal time conversation will be around topics related to the teachings. There will be an option to have meals in silence.

Plan to completely unplug from your phone and devices (please let Ashley know if you need to stay connected). Evenings and early mornings will be in silence.

There will be up to 9 yogis in attendance.

Arrive between 3 - 5pm on Friday and leave on Sunday after brunch (by noon). 

Prices are from $500 (shared room) - $600 (private room) for the 2 nights total, and includes all classes, meals and snacks. 

Accommodations are comfortable clean private or double rooms with shared bathrooms. Camping (glamping) is available. Bedding is provided. 

This retreat provided much needed respite and comfort. The grounds are beautiful and I enjoyed the walks in nature, the guided meditation and yoga, as well as the delicious homemade meals! (Sourdough bread!) What a wonderful place to relax and feel pampered. I am grateful for all of the care and attention that went into making this retreat such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The retreat at Pudding Creek was amazing - restorative, educational, and life-affirming! Ashley and Joe were warm and welcoming, their property is gorgeous and soul-soothing (especially for an urban dweller), and the retreat was organized perfectly. Meditation/dharma/yoga sessions were balanced out with homemade meals, other activities, and time to enjoy the surroundings. I will definitely be back for more retreats at Pudding Creek!

7:30 - 8:30 Unwind Yoga Asana Practice

Saturday April 26

7 - 7:30am Guided Mindfulness Meditation

7:30am Breakfast

9am - 12 Gardening Period

12:30 Lunch

4:30 - 6pm Practice period including yoga asana and meditation

6:30pm Dinner 

8 - 8:30pm Evening Meditation

Sunday April 27

7:30 - 9:30 Practice period including yoga asana and meditation

9:30 Brunch

11am - noon Pack up and leave
