“Anger is natural, intelligent and necessary for surviving and flourishing.
Yet when we are hooked by anger, it causes great personal and collective suffering.”
Tara Brach
Through a blend of invigorating yoga asanas, soothing restorative practices, pranayama and guided meditations, we will cultivate mindfulness and clarity while exploring ill-will, anger and aversion.
We will dive deep into the nature of aversion; from the little irritations to rage for what is happening in the world. How can we interpret the Buddhist teachings on hatred? Together, we will journey into the sensations of hatred—whether for a person, an experience, or a system. Is hatred inherently good or bad?
Cultivate clarity, enhance your awareness, and gain valuable insights. This workshop is an opportunity to embrace and understand the complexities of your longing, fostering a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Come prepared to reflect, release, and renew as we unravel the threads of ill-will within ourselves.
