We have the power to break free of destructive patterns. Experience ease within the challenges of life by learning to unhook and rest into an open heart.
The Monday evening session will include 45 minutes to an hour of yoga asana followed by a talk. We will work with the book Taking the Leap: Freeing Ouselves from Old Habits and Fears by Pema Chödrön.
The “Back to Basics” program includes access to all of Ashley’s on-going zoom yoga and meditation classes.
