Power, strength, and choice belong to each of us.
Explore true inner power and choice in this in person workshop series. Practices such as mindfulness, letting go, equanimity, truthfulness, and self-compassion support awareness of power and choice. Cultural and personal views impact our own sense of inner agency. We will investigate how much choice we actually have and what true inner power feels like. Power, strength, and choice lie within each of us.
